Refund Policy

At Barknation, we want you (and your pup!) to love every product you receive. While all our items are made to order, we understand that issues can sometimes occur. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at barknationshop@gmail.com. Be sure to include clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Once verified, we will gladly send out a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

  • Items reported after 7 days may not qualify.


Items Lost in Transit

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delays due to customs or courier issues may occasionally happen.

  • If your order exceeds our posted delivery window by 10 business days, you may request a replacement order or refund.

  • Orders still in transit but within the shipping timeframe are not eligible for refunds.


Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, change of mind, or dislike of design.

  • Please double-check sizing charts and product details before purchasing.

  • Returns are only accepted for defective/damaged items as outlined above.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Barknation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • In such cases, we will provide the delivery confirmation details (date, tracking number, and courier information) to help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.


Order Cancellations

As all products are made to order, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and we cannot cancel or refund the order.
