ORDER TRACKING
My tracking number is not working.
Tracking numbers may take 1–3 business days to update after dispatch. Please wait and try again later.
If your tracking number still doesn’t work, contact us at barknationshop@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp notification (if provided at checkout) with your tracking number.
The tracking site says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package yet.
Sometimes, courier companies mark packages as “delivered” once they reach your local hub or before actual doorstep delivery.

No — Barknation currently ships only within India.
How long does it take for my order to ship out?

How long does delivery take?

How is my package delivered?
We work with trusted courier partners across India. Deliveries may be made to your doorstep, building security, or local courier office if you are unavailable.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer FREE standard shipping across India.
From where is my package shipped?
All orders are shipped from our Indian fulfillment centers.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at barknationshop@gmail.com with clear photos or videos within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no cost.
AFTER PURCHASE
I entered the wrong shipping address / chose the wrong variant. Can I change it?
If you realize you’ve made a mistake, email us immediately at barknationshop@gmail.com.

Not applicable — Barknation ships only within India, so no customs involvement is required.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Changes can only be made before your order has been processed for shipping (within 12 hours in most cases).
